Under his three-year strategic plan — now in its final year — Casey’s delivered record fiscal 2025 results: $15.9 billion in revenue, $546.5 million in net income (up 8.9% YoY), and the most store additions in company history. His signature strategic move was the $1.1 billion acquisition of Fikes Wholesale and its 198 CEFCO stores in FY2025 — the largest transaction in Casey’s 57-year history — which expanded the chain into Texas and the South. Casey’s has guided for EBITDA growth of 10–12% in FY2026 and plans to open at least 80 new stores, raising the three-year expansion target from 350 to 500 new units.
