  1. Start at creditkarma.com/help or the Credit Karma app — the only supported customer service channel; no public phone line exists.
  2. Dispute credit report errors directly with TransUnion and Equifax — Credit Karma cannot modify your scores; only the bureaus can.
  3. Send certified letter to Credit Karma, Inc., Attn: Customer Relations, 1100 Broadway, Suite 1800, Oakland, CA 94607.
  4. File with the CFPB at consumerfinance.gov/complaint — the most effective escalation for credit reporting and fintech complaints; companies must formally respond.
