Holiday Inn Express Headquarters Address, Corporate Office Location, and Contact Details

About
Holiday Inn Express is an American mid-scale hotel brand and one of the flagship brands within the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio, operated by InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG). Holiday Inn Express does not have an independent corporate office — it is a brand, not a standalone company. Its parent, IHG Hotels & Resorts, is a British-headquartered, publicly traded global hospitality company with its global HQ in Windsor, Berkshire, UK, and its Americas regional headquarters at 3 Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30346. Holiday Inn Express was founded in 1991 as a budget-focused spin-off of the Holiday Inn brand, originally owned by Bass PLC before IHG was formed. As of December 31, 2025, Holiday Inn Express is IHG’s largest brand by number of hotels with nearly 3,300 open locations and 655 more in the pipeline globally. The brand generated approximately $9.6 billion in gross revenue in 2024. IHG group-wide reported total revenue of $5.19 billion in full-year 2025 — up 5% from 2024 — with operating profits rising 15% to $1.2 billion, driven in large part by Holiday Inn Express performance.
Critical context: Holiday Inn Express does not own or operate most of its hotels directly. The vast majority are independently owned properties operating under a franchise or management agreement with IHG. If you have a complaint about a specific Holiday Inn Express hotel, your dispute is primarily with the individual property owner and the hotel’s on-site management — not with IHG’s Atlanta or Windsor corporate office.

How to Escalate a Complaint
- Contact the hotel property directly first — Holiday Inn Express hotels are almost always independently owned franchises. Ask to speak with the General Manager or Hotel Manager on duty. Most billing errors, room quality issues, and service failures can and should be resolved at the property level.
- Call IHG Guest Relations — 1-888-465-4329. Have your reservation confirmation number, hotel name, city, check-in/check-out dates, and a clear description of the issue. Ask specifically for Guest Relations (not general reservations). Document the rep name and case reference.
- Submit a written complaint online — Use the IHG Help Centre at ihg.com/hotels/us/en/customer-care. Written submissions create a formal record and are routed to the Guest Experience team.
- Escalate as an IHG One Rewards member — Loyalty members receive elevated resolution priority. If you are a member, log a complaint through your IHG One Rewards account portal for a documented response.
- Send a certified letter to the Atlanta Americas HQ — Write to IHG Guest Relations, 3 Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30346. Include your reservation confirmation, property name and location, stay dates, prior contact details, and the specific resolution you are requesting.
- File with the BBB — Holiday Inn Express is listed with the BBB under the Atlanta, GA chapter at bbb.org. Note: Holiday Inn Express / IHG is not BBB Accredited.
- Dispute credit card charges for unresolved billing issues — If the property or IHG corporate refuses to reverse an erroneous charge, initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Document all prior contact attempts before doing so.
Executive Leadership
Elie Maalouf — Chief Executive Officer, IHG Hotels & Resorts (since July 2023)
Maalouf became CEO of IHG in July 2023, having spent the prior eight years as IHG’s CEO of the Americas — the group’s largest region — where he grew the Americas estate from approximately 3,700 hotels to more than 4,350. Before IHG, he spent nearly 15 years at HMSHost Corporation (airport food and beverage), serving as President and CEO and sitting on its board. He was also a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to 2014. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Under his leadership, IHG delivered record hotel openings in 2025 — 443 new hotels adding 65,000+ rooms — acquired the European lifestyle hotel brand Ruby, and posted 15% operating profit growth. His stated strategic priorities are leading in the midscale-to-luxury segments (not just volume), deepening IHG One Rewards loyalty economics, AI-driven technology investments, and expanding aggressively in Europe, Japan, India, and the Middle East. Among IHG’s 19 brands, he has called Holiday Inn Express “the golden goose.”
Michael Glover — Chief Financial Officer, IHG Hotels & Resorts
Glover oversees all financial planning, treasury, reporting, and investor relations for IHG globally. He works in close coordination with Maalouf on IHG’s capital allocation strategy, including the group’s aggressive hotel pipeline development, the Ruby acquisition, and shareholder return programs.
George Turner — Chief Executive Officer, Americas (IHG Americas HQ, Atlanta)
Turner leads IHG’s Americas region from the Atlanta office — the region that includes Holiday Inn Express’s largest concentration of hotels in the US and Canada. He oversees franchise operations, owner relationships, hotel development, and commercial performance across thousands of IHG-branded hotels in North and South America.
Daniel Aylmer — Chief Executive Officer, Greater China
Leads IHG’s Greater China operations from Shanghai, overseeing the company’s hotels in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau — a region that saw RevPAR decline of 1.6% in 2025 amid ongoing travel headwinds.
