How to Escalate a Complaint

1. Call Client Relations first — 1-800-863-4332. Provide your loan number and a clear description of the issue. Request a case reference number on every call.
2. Submit a written complaint online. Use the contact form at rocketmortgage.com/talk-to-us. Written submissions create a formal record and are routed to the appropriate resolution team.
3. Request the Office of the President. When calling 1-800-863-4332, ask specifically to be transferred to the Office of the President or executive client relations — a dedicated team for unresolved escalations.
4. Send a certified letter to HQ. Write to Rocket Mortgage, LLC, 1050 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48226. Include your loan number, prior contact dates, rep names or case numbers, and the specific resolution you are requesting.
5. File with the CFPB. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau handles mortgage complaints at consumerfinance.gov/complaint. Rocket Mortgage must respond within 15 days — effective for billing disputes, escrow errors, and loan modification denials.
