2. Submit a written complaint online — Use the feedback form at princess.com/contact-us. Written submissions create a formal record and are routed to the guest experience team for review.
3. Request escalation to a Supervisor or Guest Experience Manager — If the first-level rep cannot resolve your issue, ask specifically to speak with a Guest Experience Manager. Princess’s executive resolution team handles cases that standard support cannot close.
